Delivery Policies & Proceedures

Our standard delivery time is between 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Specific delivery times: (say by 2PM) may be possible on request for an additional fee. Please contact your account manager directly.

Saturday delivery: is available upon request to some areas. Please contact your account manager directly.
Note: We do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday and Statutory holidays including New Year, Easter, Victoria Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas and Boxing Day.

Delivery Fees: There is a flat fee of $39.99 for delivery to any location in Canada. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $200 (before taxes) and placed at least 2 weeks before the initial delivery date.

When to schedule delivery: We strongly advise delivery two to three days prior to the wedding or event to allow enough time for the flowers to bloom and the arranging of bouquets. There will be time for redelivery in the rare case of unforeseen situations.

Please ensure someone is present at the time of delivery: If no person is present to accept flowers at the location, it is up to our driver to leave flowers by the door or try delivery next day. No refund or credit will be issued for stolen/non received goods left on the porch. No quality claims will be accepted for flowers delivered next day due to absence of the person on delivery day. *Please make sure that someone will be able to process flowers immediately.


Verify Your Order Upon Delivery: When you receive your flowers, open the box and examine the contents carefully. Compare the shipment with your order confirmation to ensure everything is correct. If you have questions, contact your floral consultant immediately.


Flower Preparation and Care:
Please remember that your order comes directly from our growers. Wholesale flowers are meant to be trimmed, clipped and generally swept clean. Please review our Flower Care section for more specific instructions on how to treat your flowers once received.


FLOWERSWHOLESALE.ca is not responsible for packages that are received before or after the specified delivery date, are lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of carriers. FLOWERSWHOLESALE.ca is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, damage to products as a result of prolonged travel times caused by the customer not being present, courier delays, delays as a result of Customs and Agricultural inspections, or acts of God

Dissatisfied with the Quality of Flowers:

As our flowers come fresh from our growers, they are always fresh and beautiful. If the flowers you received are damaged, please send a picture of all received product to your floral consultant at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 12 hours upon receipt of product. If we do not receive the digital pictures within 12 hours we will not be able to compensate you.  Please note we require pictures of same product together.  We are sorry, if pictures are inadequate, as we may need further photos. Please do not throw away product.

Our customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible to find the best solution for your particular situation.

Please Note:  Since flowers are a product of Mother Nature, the exact tones of flowers may vary to some degree. (Actual product may have some differences to the pictures shown on this website)


If you would like to make changes to an order:
If you would like to change your flower order, please contact us as soon as possible.  We may not be able to make the changes without sufficient notice.  If your change is less than 2 weeks before your delivery date, a $100 fee may be applied. Last minute changes can be hard to manage and are not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order at any time. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, order size, production and supply arrangements as well as the work involved, the following cancellation fees will apply:

No fees up to 1 month prior to the initial delivery date.

50% of the total cost of product up to 7 days before the initial delivery date.

The full price of your order if you want to cancel within 7 days of the initial delivery date. While you may no longer feel like receiving flowers, you might want to consider donating them to an old-age home, veterans’ hospital or place of worship. We will then redirect the order upon your request.

A final note:  Not all rules are written in stone. Extraordinary circumstances call for extraordinary service and help. Please make us aware of any problem situation as soon as you can.
